To provide access to technology; to develop and deliver technology mentoring programs; and to enhance career opportunities through technological awareness.

Our vision:
iSisters Technology Mentoring, leader in technology learning and development, helps empower women in need to live better lives, create brighter futures and build stronger communities.

iSisters is a highly respected and responsible charity that mentors and educates unemployed and marginalized women about the possibilities of technology. We aim to increase economic independence and self-esteem, by providing free access to innovative and customized learning programs, through community partnerships, that build capacity within each woman and community partner agencies.

Onsite classes in Ottawa are offered free of charge, delivered by talented mentors, to help women gain technology and employability skills. iSisters work with community partners such as Youville Centre (teen mothers), Tungasuvvingat Inuit (Inuit women) and Immigrant Women Services Ottawa (visible minority women) to implement life changing programs that offer a critical stepping stone to opportunity and improved quality of life.
