Think of Windows Explorer as a filing cabinet.

Filing cabinets use folders to save files. They often arrange folders in alphabetical order so that you can easily find your files.

You may have to open a folder to see the file that you want.

When you are done with looking at a file, you can close the folder, put it back where it was, and close the drawer.

You can also move your files and folders to another spot in the cabinet.

In this section, you will learn how to use Windows Explorer to manage your files.
