Make a good impression -- even in cyberspace. Etiquette is rules related to being polite and courteous to others.
Applying etiquette to our online interactions is called Netiquette. It involves respectful practices for sending email, posting discussion messages and chatting online.
Remember that whatever you say or do on the Net is public. In fact, much of what you send or post will be accessible for a long time. And some employers may find information about you on the internet.
Manage all aspects of your image -- especially how you communicate through email and other internet forums like Facebook, mySpace and chat.
