I am a Level 2 computer student with Zahide and I find that the course is extremely helpful for anyone who has not done Microsoft Word and Excel before. Zahide explains the material step by step and reviews the previous lesson very briefly. That makes it easy to follow, particularly in Excel which can be very overwhelming if not carefully presented. I intend to do level 3 with Zahide because she is a very good at explaining the course material. It is very helpful to be able to take Excel and Powerpoint in a course like this as these two are very much needed in a lot of employment areas. I have also noticed what a big difference the course has made in the lives of some of the students in the class who have never done Microsoft Word before. Other advantages of this course are that it builds self-confidence and learning takes place in a non-stressful environment. It is also very pleasant to have such a warm presenter. This computer course helped me a lot. Before, I never knew how to use Excel. Excel helped me do my calculations easily. Also, I improved my knowledge about Word, which I use when I do my essay. And I still need more to be familiar with Powerpoint. For that I will join level 3. Nesrin

I am education woman but I did not have chance to computer access therefore it was difficult for me to copy with other students when I am doing another program to upgrade my career. This computer class has a very big impact in my life. Since I started this class I learned a lot and am able to use the knowledge in my other classes. I am currently taking English class and part of my class I had to use a computer lab. It truly made a big difference.  I am able to use many applications up to now and am looking forward to learning more. Ladu

Hello everybody. My name is Maria. I began studying level 2 computers about one month ago. Every Tuesday I come here and I’m enjoying computer class. My teacher is fine, she has patience and repeats when we don’t understand. I think that this course is important for me because I will need in my work. I give thanks to the organizer and my teacher and all people that made it possible, it is an interesting course.

When I start computer classes I had no idea about computers even though I was an educated person bit since I came to Canada I hadn’t had a chance to become familiar with computers or to enter the medical field. Since I started my computer classes this summer, till now, I learned a lot about computers and it helped my very much. I hope I will be able to come and finish all levels. My teacher Zahide is very knowledgeable, pleasant, friendly and I wish I have her for the next class as well.
